Downloading an inspection report
How do I download an individual inspection report?
Every inspection you carry out on Inspect7® creates a detailed inspection report that can be downloaded from the online portal. Generating and downloading a report for your inspection is very simple and can be achieved by following these steps:
- Log in to the online portal
- Navigate to ‘Projects‘ from the top navigation menu
- From the list of projects, click on the project you would like to create an inspection report for
- From the list of assignments within that project, click on the assignment you would like to create an inspection report for
- You will now see a list of all inspections that have been carried out on that assignment. Click on the specific inspection you would like to create an inspection report for
- Located in the top right-hand corner of the inspection information, click the ‘Download report‘ button.
This will now generate and download a PDF report of the inspection, which you can print or download to your files.
