I forgot my password and/or username
How do I change my forgotten password or username?
We all forget our login details from time to time… But don’t worry, we’ve made is super simple to change your password or username and get back into your account!
To change your password and/or username, follow the below steps:
- Navigate to the Inspect7® login page. (This can be found here)
- Click either the ‘Forgotten Password‘ or ‘Forgotten Username ‘ link underneath the login button
- Enter your username and click ‘Submit‘
- You’ll then receive an email with a link to reset your password or username. Click the link in the email
- Enter a new password or username, confirm the new password or username and click ‘Submit‘
Congrats, you have now updated your login details and can get back to those all-important inspections!
